We custom design and manufacture every screen room that we build, so you can have the outdoor space that you've always wanted. For our stationary awnings with screens, you can choose from hundreds of Sunbrella and Sattler fabrics, all carrying a 10 year warranty. In the Winter, we can remove the canvas awning cover and screens, and then reinstall in the Spring.

Own a restaurant? We can create a custom screen enclosure to increase outdoor seating and revenues. By utilizing clear vinyl windows in your enclosure, and a UV Heater, you can extend your restaurant's outdoor seating from early Spring to late Fall! We offer several accessories including retractable screens and solar screens to give you a one of a kind custom screen room.
